Luisa Baumann
I’m Luisa - a Consumer Science Master’s student at TUM with a background in psychology, a deep curiosity for human behavior, and a hands-on approach to building solutions at the intersection of tech, sustainability, and design.
After diving into cognitive science, decision-making, and international business during my B.A. across Maastricht and Canada, I found my sweet spot: turning complex, interdisciplinary problems into user-centered innovations. Whether it’s rethinking how we interact with 3D data in the OR, analyzing early-stage VC investments through a behavioral lens, or exploring energy use cases in the smart city space - I love connecting the dots across fields.
Currently, I’m part of Manage and More, where I’m collaborating with other aspiring founders, developing real-world ventures, and being pushed out of my comfort zone in the best way. On the side, I’ve worked in everything from financial forecasting in Singapore to leading strategy for student and charity organisations: learning fast and making things happen.
I believe innovation starts with deep empathy and a bias toward action. That’s why I’m excited to join the Young Founders Network: to exchange ideas, test bold visions, and build with people who want to create what doesn’t exist yet.
