I am currently working as a Financial Controller at Bosch Power Solutions, the company’s largest business division with over 70,000 employees. My responsibilities include personnel controlling, long-term personnel planning, free cash flow management, and overseeing foreign exchange balances, currency effects, and hedging strategies. Additionally, I prepare detailed reports and analyses to support management decision-making. My career journey reflects a unique combination of startup and corporate experience. At 16, I built Instagram theme pages, growing over 500,000 organic followers, and later advised small businesses on their online presence. During my dual studies, I co-founded the startup Secret Finds, where I was responsible for marketing and sales, achieving over 5,000 registered app users and more than 25 partner stores before stepping down in March 2023. Throughout my studies, I gained valuable international experience during a semester abroad at the University of California, San Diego, and a three-month assignment in Malaysia. These experiences enhanced my intercultural and problem-solving skills, preparing me to thrive in dynamic, global environments. This blend of entrepreneurial and corporate insights, combined with international exposure, enables me to bring innovative, solution-oriented approaches to complex business challenges.
