Vincent Tian

I’m Vincent, co-founder of VMed GmbH, building AI-driven virtual patients that help clinicians and medical students practice clinical communication and diagnostic reasoning at scale. I studied clinical medicine with a computer science minor, and I enjoy turning messy, human healthcare problems into products people actually use. Before founding VMed, I worked in liver-disease research with CHESS, focusing on data analysis and clinical projects. Today, I’m especially focused on supporting international doctors entering the German system, including FSP/KP exam preparation, through realistic spoken simulations, structured feedback, and measurable skill improvement. Outside work, I’m obsessed with "better team communication".
