Stephan Nelitz

I am currently working in Finance & Controlling at Bosch Power Solutions, the company’s largest business division with over 70,000 employees. I am responsible for the financial steering and performance management of the 3D Printing Center as well as the assembly line at the Nuremberg plant, acting as a strategic finance partner to ensure transparency, efficiency, and long-term direction across both innovative manufacturing technologies and established production operations. My career journey reflects a unique combination of startup and corporate experience. At 16, I built Instagram theme pages, growing over 500,000 organic followers, and later advised small businesses on their online presence. During my dual studies, I co-founded the startup Secret Finds, where I was responsible for all business related fields, achieving several thousands registered app users and more than 25 partner stores before stepping down in March 2023.
